The location is great, right near restaurants and Greenville's dining and shopping district, as well as a Starbucks. The rooms are immaculately clean and brand-new, equipped with coffee/tea makers, ironing facilities, and a radio. The bed is comfy.

The location was particularly good, only a 10-15 minutes' walk from Crossroads Mall. The comforts of the queen room were fabulous, including cable TV with on-demand movies, a microwave, and a refrigerator. I loved that it was cozy.

There was NOTHING that I did not like.

Everything was as expected or better and the staff Sunday morning were great. The breakfast was much better than expected - in fact it was really good and diverse enough that my picky eater found a plate full of things he liked.

The hotel is 1/4 mile from a youth sports complex so I would think the staff would be used to teams of young boys but the employee who worked the desk that evening was very snippy with them. They had just won their Saturday games and were seeded first in the tourney so I will admit they were still pretty excited but she just really rained all over their good mood. They are a group of supervised 11 year old boys who were there to play ball and splash in the pool. They weren't trying to trash the lobby or anything.

The location of Hampton Inn & Suites Greenville is unbeatable; it's very close to many restaurants, shopping areas, and has regular and USB ports. The building and rooms are nice, especially the bathroom. The room features a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave.

Food selection and preparation was excellent

Uncontrolable factor of sulfur tasting water offering bottled water at check in would have been nice and juice at breakfast needed to be made by bottled water

Went for breakfast and all the hot food containers were empty. Even the bread and bagels were very low.

The room was tidy and had all the essentials, such as a bathroom, charging stations, and a sleeper sofa, in a great central location among various attractions.

Neat and brand-new room plus especially in the bath. Overall nice facilities there. Excellent, comfortable location in Greenville, near a quaint historic downtown, and Greenville around three times a year. A great hotel, my first choice in Greenville.

The location was marvellous and good for traveling around Greenville. We got a room with a tub.
